My Mom’s 4 Ingredient Cranberry Chicken

I grew up on this and I still don’t understand how it tastes good…but trust me it’s amazing.

PREP TIME: 5 mins

COOK TIME: 45 mins - 1 hour

TOTAL TIME: 1 hour

INGREDIENTS:

3 -4 Skinless boneless chicken breasts

1 Pkg of onion soup mix

1/2 Bottle of Catalina dressing ( Can use calorie wise too if you want!)

1 Can of whole berry cranberry sauce ( NOT the jellied one)

METHOD:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees

  2. Place the raw chicken breasts in a baking dish

  3. In a separate bowl, combine the onion soup mix, Catalina dressing and the can of cranberry sauce. * For less intense flavour and sauce overall you can just use half the can of cranberry sauce if you want

  4. Pour the combined ingredients over the chicken

  5. Bake uncovered for 45mins - 1hour depending on how big the chicken breasts are

  6. Serve over a bed of rice and ENJOY!!

That’s it! Simply and easy (what recipe would I ever do that’s complicated haha). Hope you can add this gem to your weekly meal rotation!
