The Stollery Mighty Millions Lottery!
Everyone knows I absolutely love my home lotteries haha. As I walk through them I can FEEL it - oh yeah; this is the house I could live in. You feel it too right?
Truly the feeling was no different when you step inside 3466 Keswick Blvd aka The Mighty Millions Lottery home. It’s closed to the public due to the pandemic however I was lucky enough to catch a peek and share it with you!
This house is PERFECT for entertaining. As soon as you walk in you can just see your family all around the kitchen. Hosting Christmas (which by the way possession of this house is in December haha!) or having that summer BBQ you’ve always dreamed of.
The house is neutral toned so its easy to just fit right in! Open concept and 3 levels.
Upstairs is where you will find 3 of the 4 bedrooms. The two kids bedrooms each have their own ensuite and they’re a pretty good size. The Principal Bedroom has a closet that could be another bedroom, a balcony overlooking the river valley and the principal bathroom……………
Well the bathroom needs its own paragraph. Its gorgeous. The tub. The shower. The view. It’s simply perfect.
Head down to the basement and there you will find the perfect entertaining area - complete with a PS5! A bar, literally TVs on TVs and a guest bedroom with a walk in closet and a full bathroom. Oh yes and a gym - I swear the older I get the more appealing these become haha.
For the boys ( and girls too for that matter!) the furnace room is a thing of beauty. 2 furnaces, in floor hearing system, air conditioning and a state of the art smart home system. Legit it has everything.
Back up to the main level; of course you have that gorgeous open kitchen - but the backyard! Oh the backyard! Something for everyone. A Multi level deck, a fire pit, raised gardens and ( best of all) a kids play house. Imagine the movie nights you could have in there!
This house is so perfect. It literally would change your life. and speaking of changing lives - thats the BEST part about this lottery. Sure its fun to dream and hope and wish for this house or one of the other incredible prizes ( more on that later).
