Super Easy Pizza Dough

This is where everyone puts in their life story. Here’s the recipe:

INGREDIENTS :

  • 2 Cups of all purpose flour

  • 2 1/4 Teaspoons of Instant Yeast or 1 packet

  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons of sugar

  • 1/4 Teaspoon of salt

  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Club house La Grille Vegetable seasoning.

  • 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil

  • 2/3 cup warm water

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a medium bowl combine 1 cup of the flour and all of the yeast, sugar, salt and Club House seasoning. I know the Club House seasoning is weird but it makes the dough have such a great flavour. Just try it!! You can also leave it out and substitute whatever you would like for a little extra dough flavour.

  2. Add the water and the olive oil and stir with a wooden spoon until all is mixed together well.

  3. Then gradually add the other cup of flour. The dough will def be sticking together but not so sticky that it gets stuck to the spoon or your hands . You can add more flour if you need!

  4. Knead the dough on the counter for about a minute or so to make it all combine.

  5. Then drizzle some olive oil in a separate OVEN SAFE bowl. Use a brush to make sure all the sides of the bowl get some oil.

  6. Make your dough into a ball and roll it all around the dish so its lightly covered in the olive oil. Then cover the bowl with saran wrap.

  7. Have your oven at about 200F. Put the oven safe bowl with the covered dough inside for about 30 mins or so. It should double in size.

  8. Take the bowl and dough out of the oven and knead the dough on the counter ( make sure you dust with flour) for about a minute.

  9. Stretch it out using a rolling pin, wine bottle or spaghetti sauce can - whatever works!

  10. Transfer to a pizza pan or even a cookie sheet. You can line with with parchment paper or I just put a little Pam spray on the sheet.

  11. Put a little oil on the crust before you sauce it up . Spread around and make sure to use a fork to poke holes all around. (this keeps the dough from bubbling up in the oven!).

  12. Make your pizza up!

  13. Bake at 425F for about 12-15 mins. You will know it’s done when the crust is turning color slightly.

Slice, Serve & ENJOY!!
